Dampkring Haarlemmerstraat

This place used to be the famous Pink Floyd coffeeshop, but was purchased by De Dampkring and converted into a 3-floor designer cafe. Top menu, great location.

This coffeeshop is clean & stylish with a nice counter, made with modern materials, although it is has a fairly ungenered decor, it has two floors, plenty of seats a nice cafeteria section and tv\'s with some trippy vids on.
Menu: 8
The Menu is well displayed on a monitor an also in labled samples in a glass counter which is a nice touch. The selection range is really quite good an different to other places, for taste not just strength but I enjoyed the Appollo which was v good.
This place is a nicely done out spacious coffee shop, the staff, menu & counter were good, but I found it to be a more socially active place, a good place to take the crowd.
Service: 6
The Service at the front counter was very good, but waiting for the waiter to be asked for a drink was a bit awkward, an went without.

A very modern open coffeeshop. Exposed brick mixed with trippy projections and cool artwork on the walls. Popular with locals and tourists. Can get very busy so you have to wait to make your purchase. They do have a lot of seating though, across 2 floors.
Menu: 7
Not the best quality but a varied large menu of weed and hash, at mostly good prices. Mixed between old regular strains, newer hybrids and a few fresh flavours from time to time. They also sell Rifman hash, a quality controlled hash from Morocco.
Big sized menu makes it certain you\'ll find a weed or hash you like. Maybe more than one. Quality isn\'t the best but the prices seem fair.
Service: 6
Like many popular coffeeshops this place can get very busy and fill up quickly. So you a queue often forms but that can be a good sign. The staff tend to be quite good, though sometimes can be rushed so don\'t take the time they should with each person.
